We have set ourselves the goal of designing our privacy policy so that everyone can get a quick overview, for which FRAFOS uses personal data. In addition, however, downstream information should be available to those who are interested in details. Of course, as a customer and partner you should still have an uncomplicated possibility to assert your rights (eg contradictions). All subsequent information refers to the use of digital offers via PC, smartphones, tablets and all other internet-enabled, mobile or stationary terminals.


Many customers entrust FRAFOS with personal data as part of the business relationship. At FRAFOS, we understand it as part of our corporate responsibility to protect the information entrusted to us. Principles such as data economy, transparency and security are therefore top priorities at FRAFOS.

What is your data used for at FRAFOS?

FRAFOS uses your data in order to provide you with the best possible shopping and service experience. In doing so, we deal responsibly with your data.

We use your data in detail for:

  • the processing of your order

  • the sending of our e-mail newsletter, if you have consented to it

  • our own marketing purposes such as user-based online advertising

  • the sending of the product evaluation e-mail

  • our own analytical and statistical purposes

  • the optimization of our service offer


Does FRAFOS pass on your personal data?

FRAFOS refrains from the commercial transfer of your data (sale, rental) to third parties and does not engage in address trading.

We use cookies on our digital offers and in our newsletter. Thereby we measure pseudonymized

How does FRAFOS protect your data?

When transferring data, for example, when entering your customer data in the registration form or in the contact form, we offer you the so-called SSL security procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with a 256-bit encryption.

You can recognize the transmission of encrypted data by displaying a closed key or lock icon in the lower status bar of your browser.

This technology offers maximum security and is therefore also used by banks for data protection in online banking, for example.

How can you change or delete your data at FRAFOS?

Upon your request to, we will correct, block or delete the data stored about you, if other legal regulations (eg the obligation to retain invoices) do not conflict with this.

You can view, edit and delete the data in your customer account at any time in the section “Profile” using your e-mail address and your password.

If you would like to initiate a deletion or change of your other data stored with us, please contact us in writing at with the subject “deletion of personal data”.
