Frafos Support for AWS instances is provided via Email address When contacting support, please provide your Amazon ID and your instance’s product code.


Access to updates is granted for the whole duration of subscription.


All customer information related to AWS is downloaded and stored securely in compliance with German law. The information is not handed over to any third party, unless such is contracted by frafos for providing product support and bound to the same privacy procedures. Upon terminating Product Support Connection (PSC), PSC  data is deleted in compliance with German laws concerning privacy and document retention. 


Assistance is offered for resolving product defects. Support questions are answered within three business days, typically one. Six hours of installation support is available to Customers at additional charge of 966 EUR.
