Senior VoIP Support and Consulting Expert

Job description

FRAFOS is looking for a technical support consultant to work with us in Berlin, Prague or remotely with the following responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for installing and configuring SBC, WebRTC and VoIP monitoring solutions with and for our customers
  • Debug issues reported by our customers and plan the solution with our developement team
  • You provide support for user questions and develop solutions for special customer requirements
  • You train our users in the use of our secure VoIP solutions 
  • You support our sales department with presentations to new interested parties

Your Experience:

  • Linux LPIC-2 or comparable practical experience
  • Deep networking knowledge
  • VoIP experience, especially SIP and RTP protocols
  • Kamailio, SEMS, Astersik, Freeswitch experience are of advantage
